What is JabiBox?

  • We are more than just a subscription box. We are a movement. Every month, we include a high quality hijab, accessory, and story from one of our subscribers. We give our JabiBox members their moment to shine and the opportunity to tell their story to the growing JabiBox community. Share your brightest moments, your trials, or simply say hello to Muslim members all over of the world! Your voice. Your month.

 

How often will I receive my subscription box?

  • You will receive your subscription box on a monthly basis. You can always go into your settings and change the frequency you'd like to receive JabiBox, though.

 

When do JabiBoxes get delivered?

  • They are delivered during the middle of the month (late second week/early third week). If your order comes in after this period, it will be shipped immediately.

 

How do I subscribe to JabiBox?

  • Click here to subscribe to your own JabiBox.

 

Will I receive the same exact products in the box?

  • You will receive a hijab, accessory, and story every month but they will always be changing from design, color, fabric, etc.!

Can I cancel my subscription? Can I reactivate?

  • Yes you can cancel at anytime by emailing help@jabibox.co or signing into your JabiBox account. You can reactivate your account at anytime as well. Just make sure that your account information is updated, including billing and shipping information.  

Can I put my subscription on hold?

  • You can cancel your subscription at anytime and re-activate it at anytime. Just log in to your account and you will be able to manage your subscription. You can also choose the frequency in which you'd like to receive JabiBox.

Can I subscribe to certain months only?

  • You can set frequencies for how often you'd like to receive JabiBox in your personal settings.

 

Can I customize my JabiBox if requested?

  • At the moment you cannot but JabiBox is always working on the next big thing!

When will I receive my JabiBox?

  • We generally send out JabiBoxes around the middle of the month and if any orders come in after the 15th, they will be shipped immediately.
  • If you subscribe to JabiBox on the last day of the month, you will receive that month’s box. For example, if you subscribe to JabiBox on November 30th, we will deliver November’s box to you but if you live in India, for example, you may receive it in the second week of December. Not to worry though, you will receive December’s box in December.
  • For international orders (outside of U.S.), please expect up to 7 to 12 business days for delivery.

When will I get billed? For monthly? For annual?

  • You will be charged monthly on the same date you ordered for the monthly plan and then the 15th of every month you are a subscriber afterwards.

Can I update my billing information? If so, how?

  • Yes, you can change your billing information at anytime. Just log in to your account and make any edits necessary.

Is shipping cost included my subscription?

  • No. Shipping is free to the USA and $5 internationally.

Do you ship to outside of the U.S.?

  • Yes. Shipping outside of the United States is $5.

What if my order didn’t come in?

  • If you’re a recurring monthly subscriber and have not received your JabiBox send an email to help@JabiBox.co and someone from our team will be more than happy to solve the issue.

What if there is/are damaged or missing item(s)?

  • Send an email to help@JabiBox.co with an explanation with screenshots of damaged items. We will assess the situation and respond accordingly.

When is the last day for me to purchase/subscribe the current month’s JabiBox before purchasing/subscribing to next month’s?

  • The last day of the month.

Can I do an express order so it comes in sooner?

  • No. JabiBox is set on monthly schedule to be delivered to all of our subscribers.

How can I track my order?

  • You will receive a tracking number once your JabiBox is shipped.
